BACP accredited therapist providing compassionate, professional counselling to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. I'm here to support you on your journey towards greater well-being.
I have worked as a person-centred therapist since 2009, mainly with individuals in addition to being a supervisor for other therapists. I have also worked for many years as an assessor for counselling charities around London.
I like to practise in a way that will allow you to understand yourself and your challenges in more clarity, so we can work together to find the best way for you to make the most of who you are and where you would like to be in life.
I have extensive experience working within charities, the NHS and privately with a wide range of clients. I also work with other therapists as a clinical supervisor. I enjoy working with people from a variety of professions to help them balance the world of work with finding their own way to be successfully and fully themselves.
I am especially interested in working with members of the LGBTQI+ community as I have many years' experience working in queer charities and health-care settings.
I have worked for the NHS for over a decade and enjoy helping healthcare professionals deal with the emotional impact of their vital work.

I am qualified integrative supervisor practicing since 2019. In that time I have worked with individuals and groups both qualified and in training. I have worked for charities, agencies and privately with a variety of counsellors and psychotherapists to help them get the most from their practice for the benefit of their self-development and their clients. Currently I have over 500 hours of clinic supervision practice and am an accredited member of the BACP.
I complement my core person-centred training with an integrative approach to supervision and have worked with counsellors trained in a range of approaches. I especially enjoy working with therapists who are in private practice and those who work in a healthcare setting as I have a great deal of experience in these fields and understand the challenges that they present.
